Berkshire Cider Project invites you to an unforgettable evening at the 5th Annual Cidermakers’ Dinner - a once-a-year celebration of craft, community, and heirloom flavor, set against the timeless beauty of Hancock Shaker Village. Savor the debut of their limited-edition, estate-grown hard cider - hand-harvested from the Village’s historic orchard. Additonal small-batch ciders will be thoughtfully paired with a seasonal, locally sourced feast. The night begins with oysters and champagne in the orchard, then moves to an intimate, family-style dinner in the Shakers’ original 19th-century Brick Dwelling – where the Shakers lived, at and convened. Guest chef Leah Guadagnoli of the acclaimed Fancy Feast Supper Club brings her signature creativity and hyperlocal flair to the table. Known for her standout pop-ups at Storm King Art Center and Lil Deb’s Oasis, Leah is curating an inspired menu just for this night.
