8th Annual VetFest: A Community Celebration Honoring Veterans;
Castle Rock, CO – The Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation (DCVMF) and our Title Sponsor, veteran owned, Kane Trial Law are thrilled to announce the 8th Annual VetFest, this family-friendly, community-wide event is dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans, taking place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM at Festival Park in downtown Castle Rock, Colorado.
VetFest 2025 promises a vibrant day filled with live music from top local bands, delicious offerings from food trucks, refreshing brews from local breweries, and unique finds at vendor and artist booths. The festival is free to attend and welcomes veterans, families, and community members to come together in celebration of those who have served.

2:45 pm ConnorsK9-PAWS : Pups Assisting Warriors to Succeed presentation of DCVMF dog recipients.

Aloha Fund presents our Veterans VIP Corner - Bring a picture of your Veteran or service member for our Hometown Hero Wall. Pin your last duty station, swag bags, meet some of the top non-profits offering support, and more. Gather with other veterans to enjoy the day!
Lifetime Home Remodeling's Watering Hole brings local craft beer from 105 West Brewery and Iron Mule (with a special "Freedom" brew for this event), Mystic Mountain Distillery, Rubber Ducky, and Hard Beauty's "Sober Not Dead" Tent.
Core Electric Kids’ Corner, will feature activities like the Luigi Gaming Truck, face painting, balloon twisting, crafts, and more, ensuring fun for all ages.

US Bank and American Roofing Supply present our Community Corner: This area features various non-profits that support our Veterans and their families.
“VetFest offers a day of opportunities for all of our community members to enjoy good fellowship while benefiting our local veterans." said Sean Pechon, DCVMF Chairman. All proceeds from VetFest support DCVMF’s Veterans Assistance Grant program, which provides financial support to Douglas County veterans in need. Last year, the foundation awarded grants totaling more than $68,000. With community support, DCVMF aims to help even more local heroes in 2025.
