RhinoLeap Productions has announced their first production of their 10th Anniversary season: A FEW GOOD MEN by Aaron Sorkin. During the pandemic, when theaters remained closed for over a year, RhinoLeap Productions began producing work in non-traditional spaces: a textile mill, a warehouse, a tennis court, etc. Many of the people who came to those performances had never attended any of RhinoLeap's previous productions. Some said it was because "they never felt invited" into traditional theaters - that they are too formal or exclusive. Other new attendees said they were drawn by the unique experience RhinoLeap's "found spaces" offered - even if they had seen the plays before in other cities, they had never seen them presented in the ways RhinoLeap envisioned. In response to those perspectives, RhinoLeap continues to produce outside of actual theaters.

A FEW GOOD MEN will run from March 1st through March 23rd. It will perform at the newly renovated Historic Randolph County Courthouse located at 145 Worth St. in Asheboro, NC. The project will be directed by Shirley Serotsky, the Producing Artistic Director of the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. It features professional actors and current theater students from Greensboro, Asheboro, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Aaron Sorkin's groundbreaking debut play tells the story of a group of Naval lawyers assigned to defend two Marines in Guantanamo Bay when a member of their unit is found dead. Thirty years after being made into a much-loved film, this Broadway hit still crackles with impassioned arguments about loyalty, faith, and patriotism.

About RhinoLeap Productions: RhinoLeap is a professional production company based in Asheboro, NC. They produce live theater, dance, and music as well as a weekly radio show for WKXR and a documentary series for PBS-NC. They are the only professional theater company in the Triad that produces year-round, and they are the only professional arts organization of any kind in all of Randolph County.

RhinoLeap's mission is to demonstrate the power of the arts to transform rural communities. Since their founding in 2015, they have produced 31 productions and have performed and/or taught in 17 counties across North Carolina.
