Boomerang is New Bern's favorite nostalgic trio presenting a musical and visual concert of the 60s, 70s, 80s. A Very Boomy Christmas is a light-hearted and comedic production, a nostalgic look back at the Christmases of yesteryear. It is a multi-media event with live music performances and accompanying large screen video presentations. Traditional sing-alongs as well as humorous holiday tunes from a trio of professional performers who know how to show you a good time! This holiday show is appropriate for all ages so bring the kids and make it a family affair.
The Boomerangs re-create the great hits of the 60s, 70s, and 80s with live and accompanying instrumentation arrangements while showing clips of actual live performances on the big screen. Epy plays lead guitar and percussion, Mike adds lead, rhythm and bass guitars, and Tom joins in with lead and rhythm guitars as well as keyboards. These high energy performers of iconic hits are a favorite of audiences of all ages. You'll want to dance and sing along and have the holiday fun of a lifetime.
