Pied Piper’s 3rd Annual Haunted Carnival Will Haunt Armature Works this October Featuring Diplo, Quavo, Above & Beyond, Wuki, and More For over 20+ years Pied Piper Productions has been producing some of Tampa’s largest Halloween parties. The party has now evolved into a multi-day fully immersive carnival for party-goers and families of all ages. After 8 pm experience an elevated risqué spooky experience!
