See a demonstration of old-fashioned strawberry jam making as it has been made here at Green Briar since 1903. View the gallery exhibit featuring the life and works of the famed children's author and naturalist Thornton W. Burgess, whose stories of Peter Rabbit, Reddy Fox, Jimmy Skunk, Grandfather Frog and other animal friends have taught generations of children an appreciation and love for animals and the natural world. Browse in the unique mercantile offering our jams and a variety of nature-related items and gifts. Explore the nature center grounds and walk the paths of the award-winning Wildflower Garden on an early summer's day!
