Arts in the Middle, a juried fine arts festival

The 6th annual “Arts in The Middle” juried Fine Arts Show at Hewick Plantation in the heart of Urbanna, VA will be held on June 5th & 6th 2021. Free event.

100 fine artists from all over the country will exhibit and sell their creations in 7+ media categories along the tree-lined drive.  Listen to 14 music performances featured throughout the weekend.  Stroll around the plantation with your beverage and enjoy delicious local cuisine. Purchase one-of-a-kind sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, paintings, fiber art, photography woodwork and more!  Visit the special section for our local artists and student artists. Kids can join the fun in a  hands-on “build a boat” complete with a sailing pond and painting activities. The award ceremony will be on Saturday evening in 7 categories.

Watch the Cocktail Boat Races from 10 am- 4pm at the Urbanna Town Marina on Saturday
