Asian Night Market 2025: A Street Food Adventure Presented by the Vietnamese American Community in West Tennessee The Asian Night Market (ANM) is an annual large-scale cultural festival in Memphis that brings together the rich diversity of Asian communities through food, music, art, and storytelling. Now in its third year, ANM has quickly grown into one of the most anticipated summer events in the Mid-South, attracting thousands of attendees from across Tennessee and neighboring states. The 2025 theme, “A Street Food Adventure,” celebrates the vibrant, bustling night markets that are a cultural hallmark across Asia—from the neon-lit food stalls of Vietnam and Thailand to the night bazaars of Korea, Japan, and beyond. ?? A Multicultural Culinary Showcase This year’s Night Market features 97 vendors, making it our largest lineup yet: 60 food vendors offering everything from Vietnamese bánh xèo and Korean hotteok to Japanese takoyaki, Lao papaya salad, Thai sticky rice, Chinese dim sum, Filipino halo-halo, and Indian chaats. 13 food trucks, adding variety and fusion flavors to the mix. 19 merchandise and artisan vendors, showcasing traditional crafts, fashion, handmade goods, and souvenirs from across Asia. 6 promotional booths where community organizations and local businesses share resources, giveaways, and connections. The market offers a once-a-year opportunity to taste authentic homemade dishes rarely seen in restaurants. Many of our vendors are families sharing their culinary heritage, passing down recipes from their home kitchens, and offering Memphis a literal taste of Asia. ?? Entertainment, Culture, and Family Fun More than just a food festival, the Asian Night Market is an immersive cultural experience. From the moment you step through the gates, you’ll be surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a bustling Asian marketplace. Main Stage Performances: Experience dynamic live performances throughout the evening, including traditional and contemporary dances, martial arts demonstrations, K-pop covers, lion dances, and dragon dances. Special Guests & Community Speakers: We are honored to welcome Mayor Paul Young of Memphis as a featured speaker, showing civic support for cultural inclusion and diversity. Kids Zone: Thanks to a partnership with Memphis Parks, we are expanding our Kids Zone to include: A free dunk tank Cultural crafts and games A giant LED video board screening Moana 2 under the stars — completely free for children and families ??
