Why do we retreat? It's a chance to press Pause, to slow down, draw inward and reflect. Our fall mini retreat offers you a safe and quiet place in the country to do just that. Our beautiful getaway is surrounded by a small pasture for the alpaca and four dwarf goats; woodlands with trails; creek; ponds; meditation garden; an open western horizon for stunning sunsets. Our sacred meditation room is for sound bath meditation and a safe place to just rest. Your retreat time includes: Quiet solitude in nature; healthy snacks; a handmade journal; community time if desired; sound bath meditation; cacao ceremony around a sunset bonfire.
