After playing across the American West for a decade, the band has distinguished itself as one of the most innovative and popular Celtic acts in the region, having played high-profile festivals in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico and Nevada. The band released their first full album, Sparrow, in 2020. The band plays in several lineups, including Smithstein, which is: Adam Goldstein on guitar, bouzouki and vocals; Marty Smith on bouzouki and vocals; and Alice Alister on bass.
