BBQ & Brews Festival

Mouthwatering food, free live concerts and ice-cold brew all take center stage when the BBQ and Brew Festival returns to Yuma’s Main Street in February. The BBQ and Brew Festival features the Best in the Desert Southwest cooking contest, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS), where competitors travel from all over the United States to compete and earn points toward the KCBS Team of the Year World Champion. The BBQ and Brew Festival will be held in downtown Yuma on: Friday, February 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, February 22 from 12 to 7:30 p.m. Each evening of the festival features a free concert paying tribute to some of the greatest and most-loved performers of all time while local artists provide entertainment throughout the day. Mayor Douglas Nicholls will go up against Meat Candy Q, the 2024 BBQ and Brew Fest grand champion, in a cooking contest. The complete lineup of performers will be announced in the future.
