Becoming Independent Hosts Annual Crab Feed Fundraiser Feb. 28 Supporting People with Disabilities

WHAT: Becoming Independent, a nonprofit supporting adults with disabilities live meaningful and independent lives, is hosting their annual Crab Feed fundraiser. Attendees can enjoy unlimited crab, live music, raffle prizes, live auction and musical and comedy performances by program participants. Beer, wine and cocktails will be available. Dinner includes crab, salad, pasta, and bread. "The Crab Feed brings together friends, supporters, and partners who believe in the mission of BI and the power of community,” said Luana Vaetoe, CEO of Becoming Independent.. The generosity and excitement in the room directly support and uplift the people we serve, giving meaning and purpose to the evening."
