Inner City Youth Tutoring, Inc. (ICYT) will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a Biennial Blocks to Books Fundraising Dinner and Auction at 2 p.m. Oct. 12, at the Phyllis Wheatley Heritage Center, 2711 Locust St., to help cover free tutoring expenses for disadvantaged youths in the St. Louis region.

KMOV Channel 4’s News Anchor Samantha Jones will emcee the event, which also will feature testimonials from several students who have benefitted from the program.
