Bonyeon, Chicago’s premier steak omakase by HIS Hospitality founders Chef Sangtae and Kate Park, celebrates its one-year anniversary with an exclusive collaboration dinner series showcasing the evolution of steak omakase and the art of storytelling. Kicking off the series on Thursday, March 20th, Bonyeon welcomes Top Chef alum and Tournament of Champions contestant Kaleena Bliss for a one-night-only culinary experience. Known for her seafood expertise, Chef Kaleena will blend coastal flavors with Korean ingredients and global techniques, crafting a 12-course menu featuring dishes like grilled galbi with pineapple kimchi, oyster duet with Gochujang hot sauce, and lobster uni tagliatelle with caviar. Two seatings are available at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., priced at $270 per person (beverage pairings available at an additional cost). Reservations via Resy.
