Attention, Chicago whiskey lovers! The Bourbon Bonanza, a whiskey tasting event with all proceeds going to charity, is making its Windy City debut! Taste incredible whiskies, including five rare Willett Family Estate barrels, a standout 12-year-old bourbon, and selections from other participating establishments. We’re excited that One Off Chefs Paul Kahan, Greg Wade, Rob Levitt, and Joe Spain will craft a special menu, with part of the proceeds supporting Pilot Light’s mission to connect food, wellness, and community.
