What is Cassoulet?
Each cassoulet pot is layered with duck legs, stock, white beans, pork sausage, and pork bones, topped with a final layer of beans. The dish is then baked for hours, with stock added every half hour, resulting in tender meat and perfectly roasted, crunchy beans. A simple salad and delicious dessert from One Off Hospitality Group's Natalie Saben will accompany your meal.
