We invite you to experience the essence of Central Oregon’s terroir through a modern, seasonal pop-up series crafted by Chef Adrien Calmels, an award-winning chef whose career spans Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, New York, and Hong Kong.
The inaugural events, hosted by Arome Kitchen in Redmond and Elixir Wine Group in Bend, will feature a curated tasting menu celebrating the flavors and ingredients of Oregon’s autumn season. Each course highlights the region’s vibrant produce, thoughtfully paired with select wines for an unforgettable dining experience.
