Chopin and the Dragonfly Who Brought the Spring

Festival Details - "Chopin and the Dragonfly Who Brought the Spring"...

Part of Imagine Children's Festival

Listen, sing, dance and play at a storytelling concert for under-fives by players from the Aurora Orchestra and award-winning poet Kate Wakeling.

Welcome the spring with this magical musical adventure featuring Chopin waltzes, dancing dragonflies and one very sleepy tortoise.

Meet chattering streams, leap about with feathery chicks and help the springtime sun to shine.

This multi-sensory performance for children aged five and under, and their families, interweaves chamber arrangements of Chopin’s piano music with an original story from Aurora’s writer in residence.
