CityFest 2022

CityFest started in 2002 when the City threw a party with some youth serving agencies, a BBQ, and a small skate competition to celebrate the opening of the Centennial Skate Park. Since then, CityFest has grown to include performing artists, visual arts displays, food trucks, and the largest skate competition in Metro Vancouver. This year, CityFest is expanding more than ever at our new location at the Shipyards - 125 Victory Ship Way, North Vancouver. CityFest is run by youth, for youth. Local youth organizations and businesses have been working with the City of North Vancouver to celebrate our province’s annual Youth Week. This festival is an amazing undertaking featuring over 400 local youth performers and competitors showcasing their talents in music, dance, drama, fashion, and film. Additionally, the event includes food booths, a longboard race, and well-run skateboarding competition, the largest of its kind in Metro Vancouver. You won't want to miss it!
