To celebrate its official launch, the bartender-led brand is opening a Civil Pours Draught Cocktail Patio Bar and Bottle Shop Pop-Up beginning Wednesday, Aug 2, at 866 Bloor Street West, offering Torontonians the chance to experience premium draught cocktails. The Civil Pours pop-up cocktail patio bar will run until mid-September and features a bright, playfully designed 50-seat enclosed patio that delivers cocktails for the curious. Patrons will enjoy Civil Pours exceptional kegged cocktails, available on tap. Expertly made with proprietary distilling technology that amplifies freshness and vibrancy and retains all flavour notes, the cocktail menu includes an Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Margarita, Whiskey Sour and Jalapeño Margarita. A spirit-free cocktail option and a snack menu are also available.
