Discover the Secrets of Coastal Foraging with Dan Scott Join the Adventure Come along with forager Dan Scott, the founder of Fore / Adventure in Studland, as he leads a seashore scavenger hunt to find coastal plants and the best Dorset seaweed. Dan has even been featured on TV shows like Sky, ITV, BBC, and Channel 4, where he shares his knowledge of wild plants with famous chefs like Gordon Ramsay and John Torode. What to Expect Meet us in Studland on the Jurassic coast to discover which wild species are safe to eat, how to gather them, their health benefits, and how to cook them. We'll finish off our adventure with a delicious soup on the beach, flavored with one of the wild ingredients we found. Details Half-day sessions cost £55 per person (minimum age 12) and include all the necessary equipment.
