CRYPTMAS CON is a one-day festival of live dungeon synth and tabletop RPG adventure, held within the historic Southgate House Revival in Newport, KY, marking the 5th such celebration of Ohio Valley Dungeon Synth and leveling-up for the holidays. 2 rooms, one frosty fantasy experience. Live fantasy music performances in the music hall and harrowing TTRPG adventures hosted in the game room, all sharing a magnificent mystical ambiance. Your holiday season is not complete without this friendly foray into fantasy. Glory awaits! Two rooms share one enchanted atmosphere: The Concert Hall — an evening of immersive, live fantasy and dungeon synth performances by: Elyvilon (holiday-inspired set) Mons (holiday-inspired set) Kyvon (holiday-inspired set) Witch Bolt Divine Anvil Bad Milk Dirty Peaches Gloamwalker Veneficus Sarcina All performances will be accompanied by live visuals by the very talented YESTERONICS LIGHTWORKS The Gaming Hall — Break into those fancy new dice you were gifted with a holiday-themed one-shot TTRPG sessions (Dungeons & Dragons, Mausritter, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Call of Cthulhu, and more). Here, a live video and audio stream from the concert hall flow through the room, so adventurers can quest while still immersed in the echoes of the stage. OFFICIAL GAME TABLE LINEUP: Dungeons & Dragons (two tables), Mausritter, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Dread, Call of Cthulhu Between harrowing dice rolls and brumal performances, warm yourself with a drink from the bar—perhaps a mulled cider, a seasonal ale, or a steaming cup of hot chocolate—before plunging back into the night’s adventures.
