Deck the Yards

The Yards, DC’s most exciting waterfront neighborhood for living, dining, shopping and relaxing, is inviting the community to ring in the holiday season with Deck The Yards! Families, roommates, and any household are invited to bring holiday cheer home from The Yards with a box of treats perfect for a cozy evening at home. Guests are invited to create curated boxes from The Yards so they can safely celebrate with their (literal) closest friends while social distancing and supporting the local community. At several festive and socially-distanced stations, guests will be able to create their own packages with seasonal treats and activities for the whole family, including hot cocoa and coffee bar, a cookie bar, wreath kits, custom ornament making kit, and a Letter to Santa station. To support The Yards restaurants, a $20 gift card to any of the 20+ eateries will be part of the package to use on take-out or dine-in anytime. To maintain social distance, guests will be invited to pop by The Yards during their designated 1-hour time slot to assemble and pick up their packages. Each package will include: (4) Pre-packaged cookies and hot cocoa to-go (1) Wreath making kit (1) Hand painted ornament for each party
