Del Ray Dog Fest

The 2nd Annual Del Ray Dog Fest is a fun outdoor event that will include dog-centered activities, dog menu items, live music, vendors and food on Sunday, April 14 from 11am- 3pm at the George Washington Middle School parking lot. This festival is dog friendly and takes place outdoors, rain or shine. Special thanks to our presenting sponsor, The Peele Group!

Among the planned activities:

• Luring Course
• Off Leash Puppy Playground
• Rescue Row
• Kids Zone
• Dog Fashion Show
• Distracted Dog Race
• Live music by Rook Richards
• AND MORE!

Continue the celebration with Yappy Hours from 3-6pm at local participating restaurants/bars with featured drink and food specials and an After Party at Gustave from 6pm-8pm.

Advance tickets are just $15/person (& up to two dogs), or $20/person (& up to two dogs) at the door. The first 500 to purchase tickets will get a swag bag with a bandana and waste bag dispenser!

NEW THIS YEAR: An exclusive VIP option, giving your pup early access to the fun with a smaller crowd! VIP tickets are $60 per person (& up to two dogs) and include:

• Early access to the festival from 10am-11am: explore everything the event offers before the crowds!
• A special Del Ray Dog Fest Tote Bag with extra goodies!
• Entry into the VIP Raffle (do not need to be present to win!)
• A good feeling knowing you helped raise more money for the Aussie Rescue of the Mid-Atlantic!

The 2024 Del Ray Dog Fest benefits the Aussie Rescue of the Mid-Atlantic, an incredible local rescue started in Del Ray that is an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue made up of Australian Shepherd owners. By registering, you confirm that your dog(s) are current on their rabies vaccination and that you must be aware of your surroundings and in control of your dog(s) at all times during this event and are responsible for their actions. Only standard 6ft leashes are to be used at this event; no retractable or extendible leashes will be permitted.
