ABOUT THE RECEPTION: Hors d'oeuvres and good conversation provided; drinks and menu items available for purchase from the bar.

ABOUT THE WORK: Mollie Kellogg's figurative paintings are highly textured with a thick mixed-media paint application, Kellogg's technique creates a sparkling and light-refracting depth. The subjects brought to life in these works are in the moment – experiencing – transitioning from a state of wanting to manifesting.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Multidisciplinary artist Mollie Kellogg is a resident of Dalton and has a studio on the 3rd floor of the Clocktower Building in Pittsfield. Mollie most recently wrote and produced, "Incognito Witch the Musical," based on her fine art and short films; and is a member of the band "Makin' Hay."
