What to expect Events Under Canvas Marquee and Tipi Showcase is a free event for anyone planning a wedding or a party - or just needing some inspiration for future events and wants to meet suppliers and sample great food and drink. Saturday 26 April 2025 11am – 3pm Planning an outdoor wedding or party? Want to experience what it’s like to be inside a grand Sailcloth Tent? Or want to wander around a fully set up Tipi configuration for 80 guests or see how a Stretch Tent hosts a ceremony? Then this is a diary date not to miss. On Saturday 26 April 2025, in our HQ Showground near Ipswich in Suffolk, we construct eight of our structures, and kit them out as if events are happening in them, so you can see these magnificent structures in all their glory. This year we’re partnering with our favourite stylists and caterers who will pair up and take over one tent each to show the best of what they can do. Food and drink will be available to sample and buy from some of our amazing food van suppliers and expert caterers. Some of the highlights of the day will be: - Foraged, natural styling from event planners Human Nature in the medium Sailcloth tent - Amazing food samples from outside caterers Stour Valley Catering, Hungry Hog BBQ, and JP’s Kitchen - Inspirational furniture-to-hire collections in our Stretch Tent from Stories Event Hire We also invite a plethora of specialist wedding and event suppliers to showcase their businesses, and allow you a chance to chat to them and be inspired for your own event. ENTRY – FREE Everyone welcome including children and dogs.
