Fall Festival & Country Bazaar

The Fall Festival and Country Bazaar is a fun-for-all-ages event! Enjoy the shopping, games, jump castle, hayride and face painting, then enter the Halloween Costume Contest (pre-K, K-5, 7-12, & adult categories) at 11 am to win one of the great prizes. Stroll the grounds to visit Merle, the CUTEST miniature spotted donkey, and his baby daughter, Priscilla - she's got spots too! Shop our handmade crafts, specialty items such as baby blankets, the rummage sale, and homemade baked goods, or grab a jar of the famous chokecherry preserves. Sit a spell to hear the barbershop octet, or catch them wandering the grounds. Don't miss the Fire on the Mountain Cloggers at noon - this dance company has performed around the USA and internationally, and are true masters of their art! Take a chance in our raffle, with multiple prizes, including a $700 sports package (two Astros v. Rangers club level tickets, a parking pass, hotel stay and a $200 VISA card). Other prizes: $500 VISA card, DJI Mini 2 SE Drone ($340), pair of outdoor wooden rocking chairs ($320), $250 VISA card and a Family Fun package with activities and dining. Tickets are just $2 each. A silent auction will feature a custom-made t-shirt quilt, dining packages and more. Community organizations will also be present as able to share information about their groups. These include: CCESD Fire/EMS, Comal County Sheriff's Office, CRRC, New Life Children's Center, SJRC - Texas, and Family Promise of Greater NB, Texas Ramp Project, and Habitat for Humanity. Wrap up the day with a hayride through the oak trees and meadows, and a smile on your face. All are welcome, 9 am to 2 pm, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 7420 FM 2673, Canyon Lake - y'all come! PROCEEDS BENEFIT: New Life Children's Center, Family Promise of Greater NB, CRRC Food Bank and Crisis Assistance, and SJRC - Texas. Cash and credit cards accepted. Games and activities are $1-$3; the entertainment, photo booth, and costume contest are free.
