From pickles to kimchi, chocolate, miso, and cider, this is a funky celebration of all your favorite fermented foods! We’re kicking off the festivities with a Pickle Parade, followed by workshops, music, and more.
Enter the Perfect Pickle contest, sample delicious fermented foods, and learn how to make your own fermented creation with experts on pickling, hard cider, dosas, kombucha, and more.
Join us for a festival dedicated to the fun of fermentation featuring FinAllie Ferments, Scott Farm, Dosa Kitchen, Counter Culture Kitchen, Real Pickles, Katalyst Kombucha, Merriweather Chocolates, and Grateful Harvest.
With great food, lawn games, craft brews, and music by Brattleboro Brass Band, Slow Pony, Beetsblog, and Food and the World, we’ve got everything you need to enjoy a perfect fall day in Vermont.

Miso Making Workshop, $35 per person
Join us to learn the art of making miso with Meriweather Chocolates. They will lead guests through the process of how to make miso from scratch so that you can make homemade miso. Space is limited.

Pickle Parade
Dress up as your favorite fermented food and join us in the Pickle Parade! Starts at noon, everyone who wants to walk in the parade must meet at the North Barn at 11:45am.
