Bakery Lorraine at The Pearl invites guests to gather for a cozy, five-course family-style dinner crafted by Chef J’xong Harris and Chef Jenn Reisman. The evening will benefit the San Antonio Food Bank, and attendees are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item or new toy for donation. The menu features butternut squash and sage arancini with roasted pepper aioli, roasted carrot and ginger soup with maple crème fraîche, applewood baked trout with creamy mashed potatoes, braised short rib with root vegetables and parsnip purée, and an apple tarte tatin with aged gouda and blackberry cassis jam.
