The Flavors of Film Series presents The Goddesses of Food which will be screened on Saturday, March 15 only at CIA at Copia! This event brings together an inspiring panel of chefs and members of Les Dames d’Escoffier, including Suzette Gresham, owner of Acquerello, Kim Alter, owner of Nightbird, Liza Hinman, and owner of The Spinster Sisters and Sonoma chapter president, moderated by Kara Nielsen, San Francisco chapter president. Followed by the Q&A session, there will be an exclusive dining experience featuring Markham Vineyards with a menu designed and led by the talented female chefs!
