Explore your food and body beliefs, challenge existing food rules, and adopt healthier thoughts around food and body. Through education, connection, and skill-building, you'll learn how to eat more intuitively-with less shame, guilt, and restriction and more trust and care for your body.
The group includes six weekly group meetings, a workbook with reflections and journaling, and snacks :) Whether you've been working on a healthier relationship with food, or you're ready to stop the diet cycle and need a starting point, we hope to be a resource for you!
