Bankersmith Texas will be open all weekend, but the All You Can Eat VIP portion of the event is being held on Saturday from 4PM until 8PM. VIP’s can attend Friday through Sunday, but the all you can eat food service for VIP's will go from 4PM to 8PM on Saturday.

Fredericksburg Oyster Festival - ?Big Beautiful Texas Oysters served raw, fried and grilled, alongside delicious accompaniments like Whole Live Lobsters, Lobster Tails, Snow Crab, Bloody Marys, beer, wine and spirits...with TONS of live local music. Tons of great drink specials! Bloody Mary Bars and specialty cocktails by ENCHANTED ROCK VODKA, premium wine selections from FAVORITE BRANDS, and craft beers including selections from Altstadt Brewery will round out the extensive beverage menu. Don’t worry you non-oyster eaters.

The festival also has your typical but delicious continental fair such as Hamburgers, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Testicles, Chicken Wings and much more. Highlights will include live music on the main stage, dedicated VIP areas, wine, a selection of domestic and imported beers, a Children’s Area full of Farm Animals, and the Bankersmith Feed & Seed Food Truck to satisfy everyone’s taste.

VIP Area has its own supply of unlimited oysters and non alcoholic beverages. Food not within the VIP area or menu is not included and can be purchased separately.
