Galesburg Community Chorus to Begin Rehearsals

Rehearsals for GCC’s 2024 Holiday Concert begin on Monday, September 9th from 7pm till 9pm at the First Presbyterian Church (101 N Prairie Street) in Galesburg. All are welcome to join, and no auditions are necessary. Dues are $10 and music fees are $5. Students are not required to pay dues. If you are unable to pay, please contact our Business Manager at galesburgchorusmanager@gmail.com. We will be performing Sir Karl Jenkin’s Stella Natalis for chorus and orchestra as well as a few seasonal favorites. Director Tim Pahel says “the music of Stella Natalis is lively, exciting, unique, and often beautifully expressive. Singers and audience alike are sure to love this straightforward yet joyous piece.”
