The Glitz and Glam Gala includes a catered dinner, crafted cocktails, a jazz duo, entertainment, a raffle, and curated art on the walls of the Steinfeld Gallery for purchase. The theme, Glitz and Glam in Construction Mayhem, reflects the Warehouse's position in the middle of the Downtown Links road work, which the businesses at Steinfeld and its visitors have had to endure for almost 2 years. The Steinfeld Warehouse is the oldest warehouse in Tucson, located in the historic Warehouse Arts District by the train tracks. The goal of the Fundraiser is to raise money for improvements in the Steinfeld basement that houses Subspace, an artist collective with work and exhibition space for emerging artists, and the Steinfeld Courtyard that will be used for outdoor music and markets. The art on the walls will come from artwork submitted in a Call For Artists that will be juried and curated. Free parking in the Franklin Parking lot off Franklin Street. Because W Sixth Street is closed at Stone Ave, you can get to the Warehouse via Franklin Street at 9th Ave. Get your Glitz on (and construction boots if you like) and join us for an entertaining and engaging evening!
