Can you make a scarecrow frightening enough to keep the crows away? Register your scarecrow by October 1 and have it displayed along Main Street before October 16 by 11:30 a.m. Your creation will be judged based on quality, visibility and creativity, and the three categories are scariest, humorous and creative. The family fun continues all day with pony rides, face painting, crafts and food from various vendors.
