Step up and join 25 teams who will battle over 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes! Judges will judge over color, flavor and texture. The deadline for contest entry is September 6th 2023 unless full before. CONTEST RULES Contestants must pre-register; no walk-ups will be accepted for contest judgment. CHILI TASTING 11 AM – 2PM BLIND JUDGING BY CULINARY PROFESSIONALS 12 PM 1ST, ($100 PLUS TROPHY) 2ND, ($75 PLUS TROPHY) 3RD, ($50 PLUS TROPHY) PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT 3 PM ($300 PLUS TROPHY) $35 TO REGISTER PER CHILI COOKING TEAM FOR COMPETITION – LIMITED TO 25 TEAMS TO ENTER YOUR CHILI.
