HARVEST IN THE HERITAGE DISTRICT

Explore Gilbert's Downtown Heritage District this fall season. Don't miss Halloween Pumpkin Fun featuring a larger-than-life pumpkin xylophone and an illuminated seating display to celebrate Halloween located at the south end of the core of the district near the American Legion. A second installation featuring a human-powered guitar, 18-foot-long guitar-shaped slide and lighted photo frame honoring Dia de los Muertos is on display near Heritage Marketplace. The installations are musical in nature and include crank-and-turn music boxes, colorful lighting displays, photo opportunities and all experiences encourage family-friendly play. The Mid Autumn Festival tribute will feature a community art experience at the entrance of the Downtown Gilbert Park and Ride. The installations are free to enjoy and will be on display through Nov. 5.
