All are welcome to attend the Health & Fitness Fair at Country Meadows in Wyomissing, PA, celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day! Visit vendors, Munchiez food truck, fitness demo, cooking demo, chair & hand massages, blood pressure checks, balance assessments, goat walking, pet therapy, raffle prizes & more! This is an outdoor event, indoors for inclement weather. Please see flyer for schedule of events.
