This Snowmass favorite brings together local chefs, family farms, and live-fire cooking. The live-fire, open-air culinary experience showcases an all-star cast of more than 15 chefs who specialize in whole animal cookery. In addition to diverse cuisine, enjoy an outstanding showcase of wineries, breweries, and craft distilleries. Each chef and their team spend the morning preparing the grill for afternoon tastings of heritage-breed animals and heirloom vegetables on the Base Village Events Lawn. 3:30pm start for VIP ticket holders and 4:15pm for GA, this event will conclude at 7pm. *You must be 21 or older to attend this event.
