This year's fundraiser focuses on two great causes:
The Boys and Girls Club do Half Moon Bay has requested funds to send 80 low income students to study STEM (Science, Technology, Environment and Math), arts and sports during 3 school breaks: Thanksgiving, Presidents Week and Spring Break.
The second great cause is Sea Hugger, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and healing the marine environment. They have requested funds to enhance their capabilities in beach cleanup and outreach through the acquisition of innovative tools and equipment.
