Chili lovers can rejoice in the Chili cook-off, where vendors will offer a minimum of 5 gallons of their best chili. For a $5 wristband, attendees can sample unlimited chili and vote for their favorite. Beverages will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the Friends of the NPB Library.
