Hot Summer Nights returns to Red River! Join us July 24–26, 2025 for three jam-packed days of music, food, culture and community in the heart of Downtown Austin’s Red River Cultural District. Austin’s favorite admission-free summer music festival is back and bigger than ever, with 150+ local performers taking the stage across 15+ venues – including iconic spots like Mohawk, Empire and Stubb's, plus new festival partners Kingdom, Feels So Good, Marlow and more. This year’s fest also brings even more to explore with family-friendly daytime programming, early evening matinee shows, a larger night market featuring local vendors (in partnership with Future Front Texas), exclusive hotel discounts and more. Founded in 2017 to support local artists and small businesses during Austin’s slower summer months, Hot Summer Nights continues to be a vital celebration of local culture. All events are free for fans to attend and every performance is a paid gig for the artists—made possible through support from venue partners, sponsors, and public donations.
