Jubilee: Festival of Black History and Culture

This annual one-day festival hosted by Historic Columbia features live music and entertainment featuring headliner Lady Stour, plus artist demonstrations, historic storytelling, a delicious food court, and marketplace vendors selling a variety of wares, products, and art. Dive deeper into local Black history by taking a free tour of the historic Mann-Simons Site, both located on the festival grounds, or hop on a Black history bus tour. The Kids Zone features educational and family-friendly activities, including performances and free books. Jubilee 2025 is presented by Absolute Total Care, along with the support of other generous sponsors, including mainstage sponsor Richland County Councilwoman Gretchen D. Barron.
