This January, Publican Quality Meats is excited to host Jumbo Time Wines, a Los Angeles-based natural wine company known for its sustainable practices and minimal-intervention winemaking. Jonathan Yadegar, owner of Jumbo Time Wines and longtime friend of One Off, will bring his vibrant and unique wines to PQM for an exclusive five-course dinner crafted by Chef Rob and the PQM team. Jumbo Time’s wine pairings showcase that natural wine isn’t defined by a specific taste profile. Instead, it celebrates thoughtful farming and expert winemaking. With a focus on playful, approachable wines for newer wine enthusiasts and refined, complex options for seasoned drinkers, Jumbo Time Wines brings a little something for everyone. Each selection of the evening highlights a commitment to high-integrity farming, elegance, and finesse.
