Hale Farm & Village invites the community to join us on June 17-20, 2025, for a week-long Juneteenth commemoration that brings history to life through immersive storytelling, live interpretation, and thought-provoking programming.This event transports visitors to 1870, a transformative moment in Reconstruction-era America when newly freed citizens navigated the challenges of freedom, civil rights, and the evolving definition of democracy. Guests can walk through the historic village, interact with reenactors portraying the voices of the past, and hear powerful stories of resilience, hope, and perseverance.Throughout the week, visitors can also enjoy hands-on activities, demonstrations, and discussions that explore the enduring struggle for freedom and equality in America.Join Hale Farm & Village as we commemorate Juneteenth, a celebration of freedom, perseverance, and progress.
