Kauai Poke Fest

The annual Kauai Poke Fest at Koloa Landing Resort will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024 with celebrity chef and the godfather of poke, Sam Choy. The festival begins at 2:00pm and ends at 7:00pm. VIP ticket holders will have early access to the poke tasting hall. The festival includes live entertainment, 20 professional & amateur chefs creating unique and delicious poke dishes for everyone to try, and over 700 pounds of fresh ahi poke. All proceeds from this year’s festival will be donated to The Maui Strong Fund providing resources to support the immediate and long-term recovery needs for the people and places affected by the devastating Maui wildfires. TIMELINE 2:00PM - Kauai-Made Farmer's Marketplace 3:00PM - opening ceremony, live music, and early access to the poke tasting hall (VIP only) 4:00PM - poke tasting hall open to all general admission ticket holders 6:00PM - voting ends, vote counting begins, poke demonstration by Sam Choy 6:45PM - winners are announced 7:00PM - closing ceremony
