Kiwanis Club carnival

The annual Kiwanis Club of Hartsdale carnival will be held Thursday, Sept. 1 through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5 at Richard Presser Park/Webb Field on Central Avenue in Hartsdale. The carnival will feature a variety of rides, food and arcade games. Hours of operation: Thursday and Friday, 5 p.m. until closing; Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 2 p.m. until closing each night. The money raised at the carnival helps The Kiwanis Club of Hartsdale sponsor a number of community projects including donating backpacks filled with school supplies to needy children, Thanksgiving baskets given to needy families, donations to local food banks, scholarships awarded to high school students as well as many activities for senior citizens. The Kiwanis Club of Hartsdale celebrates its 66th year serving the community.
