KlezKolorado Festival

KlezKolorado is a weekend-long Klezmer festival that centers local and national Klezmer music acts, Yiddish culture, workshops, and Colorado’s Jewish community. The festival highlights the burgeoning Klezmer music revival in Denver, Boulder, and beyond, and creates a new space for Yiddishists - those interested in keeping the Yiddish language alive - to gather and celebrate our culture. KlezKolorado is structured primarily as a retreat, inviting participants of all ages, including families, to attend a weekend full of concerts, workshops, community meals and nature-based activities. Attendees can also choose to exclusively come for the Klezmer concerts on that Friday and/or Saturday. Some of the bands who will play at the festival include Hal Aqua and the Lost Tribe, Mish Mish, Dot Levine, Gora Gora Orkestar and Jordan Wax, who just launched a new album.
