The pinnacle of La Mar's 15th anniversary will feature renowned chef and owner Gastón Acurio himself – the culinary maestro who has shaped and elevated Peruvian gastronomy to new heights – joined by an all-star lineup of the distinguished chefs from La Mar restaurants around the world, including Chef Victoriano Lopez of La Mar San Francisco, Chef Diego Oka of La Mar Miami, Chef Anthony Vasquez of La Mar Lima, Chef Carlos Labrín of La Mar Santiago de Chile, Chef Cesar Bellido of La Mar Dubai, and Chef Frank Ponce of La Mar Doha. Guests can anticipate an evening filled with exceptional bites as each chef mans a designated food station, free flowing pisco and champagne, festive live music and dancing on the waterfront patio, and a DJ at La Mar Bar – all set against the stunning backdrop of San Francisco’s Embarcadero.
