first course:
hamachi ‘kibeh nayeh’ with bulgur wheat, sumac, and preserved lemon with whole wheat cracker
2022 Mersel “LebNat” Gold Petillent Naturel, Bekaa Valley x Qannboubine Valley (merwah, viognier)
second course:
red lentil falafel with poppy seed labneh, winter radishes, grilled apples, and pomegranate

third course:
confit chicken legs with sweet peppers, sumac onion and garlic toum
